King of Peace MCC Response to COVID-19

Dear King of Peace MCC members and friends,

We pray that you are well and are taking appropriate precautions to stay healthy.

The Pastors, Staff, and Board of Directors have decided to cancel in-person worship.

Worship services will be held at 10 AM LIVE STREAM ONLY.

We have many congregants who are older and more vulnerable.

It is out of loving care and concern, and caution we are taking

these steps to keep our congregation safe and healthy. At this time,

we are not aware of any known COVID-19 infections among the

King of Peace congregants. We are doing our part, given all of

the news of cancellations to halt the spread of COVID-19.

Be in prayer with us as we continue to lift up our communities,

cities, states, nation, and our world, God’s precious creation.

If you need to reach our staff during this time, please click on the provided email link to email the staff or call the church office at (727) 323-5857.

Please stay encouraged as we navigate a new normal. Check on your family, friends, neighbors, etc. They may need someone to run errands, go grocery shopping, and/or may need you to cook a meal or go pick up a meal and bring it to their home. During these times it is necessary for us to be the hands and feet of Jesus. For those who are the vulnerable ones that cannot get out, keep all of us in your thoughts and prayers as we continue to be the hands and feet of Jesus on the ground doing God’s work of caring for the least of these.

God in your mercy, hear our prayers, Amen.
